I, the undersigned, hereby consent to the use by Institute for the Future (IFTF), and those acting with permission and authority of IFTF, of all photographs, videotape, or other images or recordings that IFTF has taken of me or in which I may be included captured during the IFTF Foresight Essentials training, for all purposes, in any and all media including the Internet, without limitation, including promotion, solicitation, advertising, trade, or research purposes.

I understand that the term "photograph" as used herein encompasses still photographs, motion picture footage, and recorded audio.

I consent to the reproduction and/or authorization by IFTF and its agents to reproduce, modify, and use said photographs and recordings, and to use the name, likeness, voice, and biographic information of me in connection therewith.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images or other content, including advertising copy or printed matter, in which they may be used.

I understand that my likeness may appear in materials available to individuals within and outside of the IFTF community, including the IFTF website, IFTF virtual training platforms, social media channels, e-mail campaigns, and other forms of media.

I understand that any distribution of the images will be fully compliant with IFTF policies, statements, and values as a 501(c)3 non-profit research and educational organization.

I hereby release IFTF and any of its associated or affiliated organizations, their directors, officers, agents, employees, and customers from all claims of every kind on account of such use.

The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspended to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of California Civil Code Section 1542 and other laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims. This Release will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to the conflict of Laws or provisions thereof.
