The BodyShock the Future Contest is well underway, with over 90 videos posted on the website as of today and many more written submissions. Brian Dolan posted a blog on MobileHealthNews about the contest, including his own thoughts on previewing your future self—he even posted a preview of his possible future self—if he gains about 100 lbs—using the FatBooth iPhone app.

Below is a submission from Rosa Pintado. Rosa reminds us of the ancient Roman saying "Mens Sana in Corpore Sano," or a sound mind in a sound body, and suggest that hugging those you love, or even people on the street, can do wonders for overall well-being.
