Hal Luft, PhD
Hal Luft was recently named Director of Palo Alto Medical Foundation's Research Institute, after serving 14 years as director of the UCSF School of Medicine's Institute for Health Policy Studies. He is a Harvard-trained PhD in Economics (specializing in health sector economics and public finance). His new book is titled "Total Cure: The Antidote to the Health Care Crisis."
