As IFTF’s Director of Research Programming, Carol Neuschul is responsible for managing and overseeing strategic programming, including research operations for IFTF Vantage and production of IFTF’s flagship Ten-Year Forecast Summit. She implements operational systems, acts as a connector, and problem-solves operational hurdles to enable researchers to do their most impactful work. As a co-producer of the Ten-Year Forecast Summit, she makes research come alive by planning, managing, and executing all aspects of the event internally and externally. Previously, Carol served as lead engagement strategist for Learning Journeys and managed IFTF’s Work + Learn Futures Lab, creating strategic alignment between the Lab’s research and the greater organization. Before joining IFTF, Carol managed a public diplomacy program connecting emerging foreign leaders with San Francisco Bay Area organizations on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. Carol began her career in client services at leading New York City advertising agencies. She holds a master’s degree in cultural studies from the University of Sydney and a bachelor’s degree in communication from Boston University.
